Online dating can be tricky if you don't ask the right questions

Questions about life, relationships, and dating with a guy you may be interested in getting to know are crucial, and can be asked almost immediately without worry to get a sense out of where the conversation could progress to, or not. In a conversation with a guy, it starts off as a very casual conversation. 

Here are some direct questions to get the answers you're needing to proceed with the conversation, and to see if he is good fit for you as well as you are for him. Be sure to show enthusiasm in the conversation to keep it positive!

Typical question asked by women, "what are you looking for?"

More specific question that needs to be asked, "what are you looking for right now in dating, relationships?"

The typical question, "what are you looking for" usually prompts a guy to say, "I'm looking for marriage and kids." Which they may be looking for, but most of the time they are looking for that eventually, not right now. They are not looking for it at the time, it's more when the right circumstances come together in their life for it to happen. 

Question: How is the dating going for you so far?

More specific question: "Have you met anyone great?"

This question will usually cue you into how positive a guy is, if he's a negative person, or if he really has met anyone great. This can clue you into many different questions all in one, including if he may be already dating someone. 

Question: Are you looking for something serious?

More Specific question: "Are you looking for a serious relationship or dating relationship?"

This will clue you in to what he is looking for. Sometimes guys aren't sure of what they are looking for exactly, and this can help clarify in his mind what he is really wanting. Sometimes they just need a little help processing, and this can help you see if his answer is also what you are looking for. 

Take what he says for face value, guys are honest, and if you ask they will tell you.
